By removing a tired conservatory at the rear and a side rear structure housing a utility room and WC, we opened up the rear of the property to create the new 'Glass Tower' Extension to house a new kitchen and dining area. We incorporated a 'hidden' loo and wash hand basin, washing machine and tumble dryer, storage, and an American fridge/freezer behind a wall of doors that offer on to the newly created TV area. The 'Glass Tower' is complemented with 2 sets of sliding folding glazed doors which open onto the garden, achieving that valuable Inside-Outside space (as we consider the garden as another room to be enjoyed). The wonderful natural light from the 'Glass Tower' and sliding folding glazed doors is enhanced by further natural light from a large roof lantern and 2 flat roof lights.
The entire extension is designed using eco-friendly criteria, which is one of our trade marks.
